Just wanted to let everyone know that if we ever want to use the Notes/Group feature of Wikipedia in references/sources, we'll want to update this template with some of the following coding:

- Some of us haven't used that feature. What would that do for us here? What would that let you do, that you can't do today, and how would that enhance the site?
- Understand: I'm not saying a priori that it would not. But as an old-line sysop with some developmental experience, I'd like you to make the case for it.--TemlakosTalk 04:42, 21 May 2012 (PDT)
- Well, it's pretty easy to see it in use at the Wikipedia Mitt Romney page. It basically lets you have Notes sections at the bottom of pages giving additional information, 'Notes', about key facts, in addition to the References section. In some cases it might be useful I suppose. I had been looking through templates trying to figure out what was affecting the groups/notes feature and finally figured out this was the template doing it. I just eliminated all the notes from the page for now anyway - there's so much content on the imported page it can't really hold the notes anyway without taking more than 30 seconds to load and thus crashing. I just thought I'd mention it though in case anyone ever wants to use the Notes feature - this is the template we'd need to focus on. --Jzyehoshua 13:16, 21 May 2012 (PDT)
